The tour or activity Aquatic FunDay Park, has designated as a meeting point the pier of the Caribbean Carnaval, located on Kukulcan Boulevard km 6.5, hotel zone in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico, where you will embark and transport to Isla Mujeres to the Beach Club and Restaurant “El Pescador”.
Aquatic FunDay Park reserves the rigth to use all photographic and film material, strictly for marketing purposes in our social networks and advertising media.
Aquatic FunDay Park does not close its doors, unless, Port Authority issues a warning of total closure of activities of vessels.
Aquatic FunDay Park operates Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 09:00 a.m. at 17:00 p.m. hours.
Aquatic FunDay Park reserves the right to offer and sell other services or products that are not included in your purchased package.
Aquatic Funday Park includes in all its packages (Plus, Premium and Platinum) the federal maritime tax per person from 6 years of age and older, when making the online purchase only.
Aquatic FunDay Park request to register at the Caribbean Carnaval pier counter, to present a valid oficial ID (Driver´s License, Passport or other oficial one).
Aquatic FunDay Park fot its transportation services, subcontracts a specialized and profesional Company, which complies with all regulations of the Ministery of Communications and Transportation (SCT).
All reservations requires full payment at the end of the purchase.
The total payment guarantees the rate and availability on the date booked by the client.
If the total payment of your purchase was made by credit or debit card, the charge will appear on your bank statement with the corporate or descriptive name called: Servicios Digitales y Empresariales del Caribe S.A. de C.V.
Aquatic FunDay Park, will display various payment options so that the customer chooses the one of his convinience for his purchase.
Aquatic FunDay Park will charge any bank transaction with credit or debit card in national currency (Mexican pesos MXN), the Exchange rate for any foreign currency will depend on your contracted banking institution.
Changes, cancellation and penalty policies
Regarding packages (AFDP) and transportation services included
Changes and cancellations may be made without penalty 2 days before the date chosen to carry out the activity.
Changes and cancellations 1 day before the date chosen to carry out the activity, 100% penalty will apply.
Any change of date is subject to space, availability and/or rate change.

Any client who does not appear at the Caribbean Carnaval pier on the date and time marked on their ticket (physical or electronic) will be considered No Show, will have a 100% penalty.
No Show Policy
Regarding Packages (AFDP}
In the event that the client does not show up on the day, place and time selected when purchasing, it will be considered as No Show and Non-refundable.
The client will be able to schedule his package for an upcoming date within a period of 6 months, from the day of the No show.
The client must contact our reservation center and / or send email to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify the new date of their visit.
Once the 6 months of grace have elapsed, the No Show and / or the ticket (physical or electronic) corresponding to this activity will be given up.
Regarding services with transportation included
In the event that the client does not show up on the day, place and time mentioned for their pick up informed when buying, it will be considered as No Show and Non-refundable.
The transportation service will do everything possible to contact the client at the location previously provided in order to provide the service. This extension will be a maximum of ten minutes as a courtesy, it is not mandatory.

Restrictions on ages, height and / or weight
Children under 10 years old, will not be able to do snorkeling, diving and cycling activities.
Juniors from 14 years old can do kayaking, always under the supervision and authorization of an adult.

Additional Services and Activities
Aquatic FunDay Park will offer and sell additional services and / or products at the "El Pescador" Beach Club and Restaurant such as: Diving, ATVs, Golf Carts, Turtle Farm, Glass Bottom Boat, Interactive Slide, Relaxing Massage, Deep Massage, Souvenirs and / or Snorkeling.
These services and / or products, according to the type of package (Plus, Premium or Platinum) contracted, could be included (please read the description carefully, referring to what each package includes) or if you purchased them individually at the end of your purchase will be guaranteed.
